Horrible Contact Experience

There is no way to get in touch with them other than chat which is extremely terrible as it does not have notifications, constantly disconnects, has no way to view history. If this is the only way to reach out to customer service, it needs to be done better. Expected better from Massimo Dutti.

No return button

Purchase experience is nice. But return process is super confusing. I can’t see the return button while in my purchase section it still shows valid to return until some date.

App freezes

It’s hard getting the chat to work. The amount of times the app crashes and freezes is ridiculous

Why do you have an app if it does not work?

Have been a fan and a customer on 2 continents and multiple countries for decades! The web site performance it rough, as the payment tool does not work as expected or at all. The app though, is always down on iPad, prompting a new download, only to revert to the same prompt. Country and language pick does not work. Login is impossible. This is not the first time. If your app is worthless, at least Fix your website payment tool for iphone and iOS, would you? It's been displaying only one payment option - "in card". What is that? Of course, if you still want customers...

Don’t like how you treat your costumers

Because I told you my situation about jacket that I bout online and I choose it according to your size receipt but after I got it from a friend that he received it from you and because of pandemic in my country I try to return it because the size was not the same as always and you refuse to return it and even your people in your shop told me you can give it as a gift to your friend and he laugh like he was telling a joke. So you need to work on your size scale. Not happy

Bugs in the app

There are many bothering and obvious bugs in the app. Specifically on order page.

The new update is absolutely terrible, it makes the online shopping experience unpleasant.

Bugs on product pages and photos

I like most parts of this app, but the photo navigation on product pages is so weird I’m assuming it’s a bug. It’s impossible to swipe through photos for a single product. When looking at an item, swiping left or right takes you to a different item If you tap on the main photo, a photo gallery opens and zooms in which makes it impossible to swipe left or right. You can tap the tiny numbers on the top right to see other images, but you can’t swipe through. If you zoom out, you’re taken back to the product page and swiping takes you to the next product again.

Application is good, but return is just awful

App works good, but I’m waiting for my return forever. Don’t want to buy anything from you again.

No way to contact any one

This app is only focused on you not the customer. Where can I contact customer service to find my order? It says delivered but it has not

Need better payment UX

Checkout feels slow and little insecure. Prioritize for us Apple Pay and PayPal. Integrate google maps api for addresses to make that less buggy.

The quality and fit of every purchase I have made has been excellent. My favorite place to shop for casual and work outfits. Love the high rise because I am tall.

Good product, bad app user experience

I can’t understand how this incredible brand has such an unprofessional developed app with many user experience problems. It’s difficult to find saved items, face identification does not work properly, when the order is in carrier, it’s impossible to find tracking number. you will need to work on many aspects of the app.

Terrible experience

I ordered a shirt from this company, was told it would be delivered in three days. Instead it remained “in transit” for almost three weeks, and their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t tell me what the problem was, where the shirt was or when it would be delivered. But then also refused to refund me despite obviously losing the order. I eventually had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. The app is nice enough, but avoid this retailer.

Huge fan but….

As I travel to Belgium about twice a year, ( my home country) I always make sure I check out the Massimo Dutti shop in Antwerp ( or the shop in Knokke) As always I’m impressed with the collections, the finishing etc.. This time though the customer service was horrible! The first time I got in .. I was shooed out the fitting room in an aggressive way… it was 5 to 6… and I only had a pull on skirt to try on!!! The next time the same person and obviously a friend salesperson were very rude and aggressive.. twice my sister and I literally had to jump out of the way out the same woman would have just knocked us out with a clothes rack.. we couldn’t get near the clothes!! Same with the other woman who completely blocked of the clothes because I guess she thought her job had priority… The second she came at me , I reminded her… that I’m the client.. to which she snapped straight away : and I’m the sales person!! This is not acceptable and according to the class of Massimo Dutti… at all! I ‘be been a client for a zillion years.. never experienced so much rudeness.. very disappointed.. is this the world we’re in now?? I don’t understand why the shop would hire these women.. they’re chasing customers away..

Does not communicate with online account

Disappointed. Only for european customers and doesn’t connect info from online account.

Horrible!

Most frustrating experience. They need to totally re-do their website and app at least for the US customer. Wouldn’t recognize my phone number and the app asks for our social security number are they nuts????

WOST app I have ever used

I tried to purchase boots online and it did not work so I downloaded their app. I ordered the boots - I was charged and then received no confirmation email and on my app there are no purchases. I tried to order again and it errored out. I tried to call customer service and they are not open until Monday. It’s like I have spent 30 min trying to order something on their website and on their app and now I have no idea if I placed an order and who to contact. Worst exomms experince ever

Hola, Espero que esté bien . Pagar con master card es muy difícil , no es posible copiar y pegar el número de la tarjeta de crédito y tampoco escribirlo , la pusieron muy difícil , pero , como tenía muchas ganas de comprar , le pude dar la vuelta , alguien que no tenga tantas ganas , se sale de la aplicación . Todo esto lo estoy haciendo desde un iPhone . Ojalá lo puedan mejorar . Saludos Hola de nuevo, Espero que estén bien . He comprado algo en la tienda y no lo tuvieron ahí , por lo consiguiente , lo pagué en la tienda , tengo un número de pedido , no es posible buscar ni escanear , el código qr y el código de barras , tendré que ir a la tienda para saber si el pedido está listo . De nuevo recomiendo hacer algo con la aplicación , tal vez una inversión en una aplicación nativa para iOS . Ojalá lo puedan mejorar. Saludos

Difficult to track shipping status and unable to cancel before ship

Tracking function was poorly designed and the shipment efficiency left much to be desired. Placed an order in app based on the delivery date provided as I’ll be out of town soon after, then tried to cancel order because no updates 4 days after placed and it wouldn’t let me. It didn’t ship until the day before supposed delivery day. On the last day of the original delivery window it finally shows order will take another 5 days to deliver. This will be my first and last time ordering from Massimo Dutti.

Order never shipped

I place an order on 8/18/2024 and when I checked on my apps the order still at the warehouse after more than a week. When I called the customer service they always said it’s ready to be shipped, but it never shipped - the customer service team didn’t help at all! I tried to cancel the order on my apps since Massimo Dutti already charged my credit card but it doesn’t work. I placed two order and the same case that they never shipped my order and still at the warehouse. It’s sad that I have to stop buying things from Massimo Dutti since I like their clothing.

Horrible app

Unsubscribed to newsletter and deleted my account. Now still receiving emails and can’t get into closed account. Customer service incompetent.

Not user friendly

Terrible. Tried to order 3 times. Then gave up. Registered my account received confirmation but can’t log in to order. Keeps asking me for company ID. Not user friendly . Sorry definitely wanted to try.
